As long as the right person stands up and the sword presents itself to them. Pretty sure that was the story. Only the rightful person will be able to wield.Imo that "Time" is now

That's a whole other discussion entirely. The way the world is and how people need that 'someone' to stand up and propose change and betterment, frankly, that scares me the most. People will jump on that bandwagon blinded and that is it.
