Tomorrow is a day off, probably. Gonna do round 2 of The '24 Jambalaya Redemption Tour.
Thinking about putting corn in it.

Good deal, figured you have lots to do.
1st round was a straight down the middle Jambalaya and really paid attention. Small 5 qt. of broth batch. Turned out fine.
And I owe you one for figuring out the fat problem.
