How I process Ground Meat.

A trick I’ve been doing for about a year now when we buy ground meat in bulk, is I weigh each one out to 16 ounces\1 pound, placed them in freezer bags and a roll them into sort of little “tubes” and they stack really well like that. Here is the process.
