You sound like you might need a protective medal or smething. Whatever that thing is, its probably up to no good. If the thing is physical, it might be necessary to terminate it. If spiritual I suggest going to a priest, even if your not christian.

I live alone but my upstairs neighbor has heard banging and other noises in my apartment and it's when I am sleeping between 3am and 4:30 am she asked if I had friends over and I said no I was asleep at that time and I don't really have a lot of friends that live near me the friends I have lived too far from my apartment to come over a lot
